PROGRAMME OVERVIEW

This 1-day programme will be delivered in workshop format. It is available for in-house delivery and can be tailored for individuals, groups or teams who want to learn to refine their presentation skills to inform, influence, sell and close deals.

  • Learn how to plan and prepare powerful presentations through the use of audience analysis, content sequencing and structured planning
  • Understand and learn how to use the ‘Six Principles of Influence’
  • Use a variety of different language patterns to create rapport and gain trust quickly and deliberately
  • Learn how to speak to groups with greater confidence and professionalism
  • Understand the importance of self-evaluation; when to do it and why it needs to be done twice
