PROGRAMME OVERVIEW
This 4-day programme, delivered in partnership with Illuminare Executive Education, is ideal for leaders, senior managers, or Human Resource (HR)/Organisation Development (OD) professionals who want to develop their expertise, credibility, and coaching skills in the fields of Executive and Senior level coaching, and organisations who want to introduce or extend their in-house professional coaching capacity.
During the programme you’ll develop your knowledge of and applied experience in using a broad range of theoretical coaching models, required competencies and behaviours to engage in coaching practice within an organisational context. You’ll be introduced to best practice case examples from a range of sectors and countries. Learning in a highly practical and interactive learning environment, with opportunity to apply your learning, you’ll will be empowered as you develop your confidence, ability, and credibility through the application of coaching practice.
Whether you’re new to the field, or several years into your coaching career, this programme is designed to support a range of competence levels.
The programme fee includes 3 online coaching sessions (per delegate), available to book on completion of the programme to support you through the process of introducing coaching to your organisation, and / or to develop your own coaching skills.

I am based in central England, UK. I offer my training, coaching, and mentoring services face to face and online across the UK and overseas. I can work with you in-house or can arrange suitable training venues and / or team away days.
I do not include formal assessments as part of my training courses and programmes, however I do highly recommend delegates complete any associated independent directed learning that is provided for each course/programme. Completing directed learning helps to reinforce knowledge and skills acquired during the training, making it more likely that delegates will retain and apply this knowledge in their professional roles and for the benefit of their organisation. Myself and my team are available to provide support throughout the process.
This varies depending on which education or training course is being delivered. Training typically ranges from a half day course to a 4-day programmes and is based on course design and client need. In addition, it is usually expected that delegates would complete additional independent directed learning to support knowledge development and application of learning. Dates and timings of delivery, along with training hours and expectations will all be discussed and confirmed when you make a booking enquiry.
If you are an organisation interested in having your bespoke programme certified, please speak with me prior to making a booking so we can discuss your needs. All courses are available with L7 Certification, and some are available with University Certification and / or CPD points.
I offer 10% discount on bookings where 5 or more delegate places are booked on the same programme (bookings must be made at the same time and through the same payment transaction for the discount to be applied – this applies to bookings made for open programmes). In-house course fees will be confirmed once you have made an enquiry and we have discussed your needs.

This programme comes with a UK University Certificate of Endorsement in recognition of its high-quality sector leading provision.
