This 4-day programme provides leaders and senior professionals with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively introduce and embed coaching within their own organisation. During this programme I’ll introduce you to best practice coaching frameworks and models, including sector and location specific policies, contracting procedures and templates. I’ll work with you to develop tools and techniques to establish a positive coaching culture within your organisation, and together we’ll explore how coaching can support performance management initiatives and drive talent retention. You will complete the programme equipped with everything you need to know to effectively implement a coaching framework within your own organisation.
The programme includes 3 online coaching sessions (per delegate), available to book on completion of the programme to support you through the process of introducing coaching to your organisation, and / or to develop your own coaching skills.
For organisations who would like to also develop existing employees to become in-house professional coaches, I recommend you combine this programme with the ‘Coaching Skills for Professionals’ programme, designed for leaders and senior professionals who want to develop their own coaching skills.

- A combination of theory and practice-based learning, aimed to equip you with everything necessary to effectively introduce and embed a coaching framework within your organisation.
- For this programme all coaching will relate to professional coaching within an organisational context
- Delegates will learn about: coaching related policy; code of ethics; contracting; organisational and coaching culture; the role of coaching within performance management frameworks and for recruitment and talent retention; coaching related theoretical models and frameworks; coaching skills and behaviours; the role of reflective practice for continued professional development.
- A highly interactive programme with 4 face-to-face days of in-depth and highly practical workshops and peer support.
- Practice key lessons and test ideas in a supportive and varied learning environment.
- Receive 1-to-1 advice and practical help from myself and trusted coaching experts.
- All materials and handbooks required for the programme will be provided to you during the programme.
- Personal coaching support: All delegates will be assigned a coach on completion of the programme. Delegates can schedule up to 3 x 75 minute online coaching sessions to support them with the introduction of coaching to their organisation and / or to support the development of their own coaching skills. These coaching sessions are included within the programme fee and are valid for up to 12months from the date of programme completion.
- This programme will be delivered by myself and another experienced, certified coaching professionals qualified to postgraduate level with technical expertise, commercial experience, psychological understanding, and professional credibility.
I am based in central England, UK. I offer my training, coaching, and mentoring services face to face and online across the UK and overseas. I can work with you in-house or can arrange suitable training venues and / or team away days.
I do not include formal assessments as part of my training courses and programmes, however I do highly recommend delegates complete any associated independent directed learning that is provided for each course/programme. Completing directed learning helps to reinforce knowledge and skills acquired during the training, making it more likely that delegates will retain and apply this knowledge in their professional roles and for the benefit of their organisation. Myself and my team are available to provide support throughout the process.
This varies depending on which education or training course is being delivered. Training typically ranges from a half day course to a 4-day programmes and is based on course design and client need. In addition, it is usually expected that delegates would complete additional independent directed learning to support knowledge development and application of learning. Dates and timings of delivery, along with training hours and expectations will all be discussed and confirmed when you make a booking enquiry.
If you are an organisation interested in having your bespoke programme certified, please speak with me prior to making a booking so we can discuss your needs. All courses are available with L7 Certification, and some are available with University Certification and / or CPD points.
I offer 10% discount on bookings where 5 or more delegate places are booked on the same programme (bookings must be made at the same time and through the same payment transaction for the discount to be applied – this applies to bookings made for open programmes). In-house course fees will be confirmed once you have made an enquiry and we have discussed your needs.

This programme comes with a UK University Certificate of Endorsement in recognition of its high-quality sector leading provision.
