PROGRAMME OVERVIEW
To be successful, all leaders and managers must be able to negotiate with both internal and external stakeholders in a way and manner that develops or maintains relationships, creates value, and can be utilised cross-culturally.
It is equally important for them to be able to identify different types of conflict and manage and harness it for the benefit of the organisation and their own personal growth and resilience.
